So excited about this new blogging app I downloaded for my iPad. Let's test it out and see how this thing actually works out! I'm hoping it's a success bc I would be so happy to blog on the go without carrying my MacBook around.

This Is Death of Rockin Ed Hardy

From 2007-2009 there was a huge Ed Hardy following, 2009 was just ridiculous. Especially amongst my brothers and sister who like to be flashy and fly. Sorry boys and girls all Ed Hardy everything is not a good look, it's actually tacky as all hell. I mean Ed Hardy hat, sunglasses, t-shirt, underwear, belt, bag, socks, shoes, and bag thinking you should be dancing in the "Wipe Me Down" video bc ya outfit is on point, uhmmmm no. I'm begging you my brothers and sister and yeah my white boys and girls too, please refrain from rockin Ed Hardy!!! The be-dazzeled hoodies and jeans with multi color dragon, lions, and tigers, and bears oh my! Yes oh my, do us all a favor and burn it bc my eyes can take anymore! I really think I might go into to a tacky coma, if I see one more grown ass man/woman dipped in Ed Hardy like its the first day of school!

No Better Love Than Self Love

Every now and then I look up poets from Def Poetry Jam on youtube. As a huge poetry fan I was sad when that show came to an end. I love it when your listening to a poet and you begin get chills up your back and kind of feel like your getting a little teary eyed. That's what happened to me with this poem by Mayda Del Valle entitled "To All The Boys I've Loved Before". When we women love we love very hard and find ourself doing silly things while in love. Like we are under some kind of spell. Sometimes we don't realize how stupid some of the things are, but eventually we see the light. At one point in time I was a blinded by what I thought was love. I saw all the signs that the relationship I was in needed to end but bc I was so deep in and loved the idea of having a mate I stayed. That was about 3 years ago. I have never been that clingy woman or the one that is afraid to be alone until that moment. I look back like damn wtf was wrong with me. I'm not afraid to admit I was A Fool In Love. I'm so thankful for that situation because it allowed me substantial time to sit back and reflect. With that said I am happier now than I while in that relationship. The self love I have for myself if far greater than any love any human being could ever provide. With an enormous appreciation and love for myself it makes it makes life so much more rewarding. Many people believe oh once I get that new job, once I start making more money, or once i find that dream woman/man I will be so happy. Why not be happy now? If you live life waiting for other things to create happiness within your life you loose time living and enjoying live. That time can not be reimbursed. With that said its 2010 take some time to love loving yourself and living life in the present moment not the future. I guarantee you will love every  single moment. Uhhmmmm Uhhmmmm Good

I happened to pick this up @ one of my FSE's (Favorite Stores Ever) Urban Outfitters in Charleston, SC by the way Charleston is such cool little country town :) Its selling on Amazon for like $16.00 and I paid like $2.00 for mine. Anyway this stuff smells so good I almost bit my damn arm off (Im so serious too) this smells like exactly what its bottle says a Chocolate Cupcake. Its from Dylan's Candy Bar. Those of you who aren't familiar with Dylan's, its a HUGE candy shop full of goodies!! Named after Ralph Lauren's daughter Dylan and its actually her shop. The smell of this lotion reminds me of my late grandmother (AKA Nanni) she would always bake goodies for me, my brother, and my cousins and we ALL LOVED them! It's crazy how a little $2.00 bottle of lotion can make you reminisce and feel so good :) Order a bottle, I'm sure you will be a satisfied customer like myself.
